EZproxy 3.6a withdrawn

Quite a few people jumped in on the opportunity to test the new version on 
the demonstration site, which pointed out a discrepancy in the intrusion 
logs.  The new version has been withdrawn to address this discrepancy. I 
apologize for any inconvenience.
