Subject: RE: sagepub.com avoids EZProxy

We have one starting point URL on our home page that we use
to get people to login, get our library web pages rewritten
and then have people choose the links from our web pages.

So all links on our Indexes and Databases pages, our links to our
Catalog and the links to our AtoZ journals list all get rewritten
by the proxy after the user logs in.

Because we are bascially only using this one starting point URL to
get people to login and lead them to our journal links, we can get
away with just the

DJ sagepub.com line

So while we do allow for starting point URLs for services
on our Indexes page by entering the proper Host and URL
lines. We do not allow for starting point URLs for our journals
as we only enter DJ lines.

As Chris Z states you must have Host and URL lines for each
"Starting point URL" you are going to use.

Once you have used a properly formed starting point URL EZProxy
will rewrite links based solely on DJ or Domain entries.

Winter rain now tell me why
Summer fades roses die
The answer came, the wind and rain
