how do I get my chained certificates into ezproxy - anyone successful?

All I get is "The certificate specified is either invalid or not valid
for this Certificate Signing Request."

Wondering if the order is important..

I notice that the only way I can get the data to show is with type in a
dos window; is scraping it off the command line doing something bad to
the carriage returns?

Feel $500 stuck for a non-working cert
