Hi Mike,

It looks to me like you have to go to www.els.net to get IP authenticated 
and given a session ID for els.wiley.com.
els.wiley.com doesn't actually need proxying, you don't need Domain 
wiley.com, although you probably have it anyway.
Because the DOIs resolve to els.wiley.com, the IP authentication doesn't 
happen.
So this is a problem for Wiley.
