Ria, I also say /biznus/ (cannot show shwa) and, to be honest, I've never heard anyone pronounce the /i/. Also, I am interested to know how you show the difference between voiced /th/ and unvoiced /th/ and similar differences using only "English" phonetics? Thanks.
