10 days from sept 16 or 10 days after 10 sept 16

Hi all
  Plse advise what is the correct response if someone were to ask. 
   
  When will the exam result publish to you? (Plse correct if this question 
incorrect)
   
  Should I response with
   
  The result will be out 10 days from Sept 16.
   
  or
   
  The result will be (or should be) out 10 days after Sept 16
   
  Thank you in advance.
