thank you for correcting

Hi Bill.
Thank you for correcting my mistake on the mail.
Yesterday I have a chace to talk with friend who are learning english 
from Guatemala. It was a very wonderful thing and I was so nervous. I 
did my best to talk with him but I didn't remember a word. I thought I 
must tell something to him immediately. I didn't know what should I 
tell to him. The phone call was finished soon. We could not keep 
conversation in english for a little bit long time. And then we 
returned to chatting room. 
I think it's a very important development for me to talk with him even 
it was very short.  And I hope I can get many chances to talk with some 
friends on the group in english.
