Could I suggest something....

Could Moderator set-up "Message Board" in this groups. For those who are
interested, by using Message Board we can chat to each other.  And also one
of the way to improve our English in writting skill.

The idea of starting to think everything in English is quite challanging
but once I have tried so, And I was tired and tense. Any other idea?

do you speechless when ppl asking u a question? i think this is a common
problem for non-native speaker. we tend to translate from our mother-tounge
language into English. The best way is, start to think everything in
english, and let yourself mumbling in english :)
