#1 is not an English sentence.

#2 and #3 are valid sentences, and they mean about the same thing.

#4 is a valid sentence. It's meaning is a bit different from that of #2 
and #3.

#2 and #3 state that it is not possible to work all the time.

#4 does not comment one way or the other on whether it is possible to 
work all the time. However, it states that there is no reason (need) to 
work all thime, even though it might be possible.
