Hi Tanya:

The phrase "get the profession" is not used. I assume you mean something
like:

3. They can learn the profession of teaching.
4. They can learn how to become teachers.
5. He can learn how to become a teacher.
6. He can learn the profession of teaching.
7. They can learn the profession of gymnastics.
8. They can learn how to become gymnasts.
9. He can learn how to become a gymnast.
10. He can learn the profession of gymnastics.

Note that after "profession" you should write the activity (teaching),
and not the person who does that activity (teacher).
