Re: car accident: msg#00069education.english.belajar-english
All of the following are correct: 4. I had an accident this morning while coming to work. 5. I met with an accident this morning while coming to work. 6. I got into an accident this morning while coming to work. Moel, your sentence is not correct. It is missing the word "into." Sentences 5 and 6 suggest that the accident was not your fault or not caused by you. On the other hand, sentence 4 leaves open the possibility that you were the cause of the accident.
