  it was me who didn't make the question clearer...
  actually, the brother-in-law i'm talking about is referring to the other side
  ummm... i mean...
  lets say, i'm a wife... my husband has a younger brother...
  his younger brother has a wife...
  and my husband's younger brother's wife is my ???
   
  please forgive me if i'm making this explanation complicated & confusing...

  Am I misunderstanding something about this question "(b)"?  It seems to me 
that your brother-in-law's wife must be your SISTER; otherwise, how could he be
