"The Holy Blood and the Holy Grail", first published in 1982 and the source of a BBC television program at the time, is preposterous on its face. However, it is significant that the BBC itself caught on to the fraud seven or eight years ago and did another program repudiating the first one. The BBC's second investigation found evidence of forgery in the HBHG documentation and a want of expertise among the self-proclaimed experts who wrote the book. Cheers.
