Hi,

Ctrl-^ and Ctrl-6 don't switch to the alternate buffer, as they do in the Windows and Linux binaries.

can you check if this worked prior to 7.0.138 (I guess it didn't, but it'd be nice to know)? I'll take a look.

Where would I find such binaries? I don't see older Tiger binaries except for Vim 6.4 on the website.

Many years ago, when I was the maintainer of the Win32 ports of Vim, I made Vim accept Ctrl-6 as a synonym for Ctrl-^ (Ctrl+Shift+6 on US keyboards). This behavior must have been propagated into the gtk version of gvim at some point. Now it's deep in my muscle memory and I get frustrated at having to type ":b #" or ":e #" instead.
