this also has implications when using the Subversion bundle:

- open a file (using command-t, of course ;-)
- make changes

now you want to commit it but the bundle will say 'no files modified'  
- you first need to hunt down the file(s) in the project drawer,  
select it (them) and then redo the same thing.

not very nice :(
