Re-sizing figures

  When I enlarge (vertically) a figure that has been inserted into the text
the caption is not moved down a comparable amount. So the figure overwrites
the caption line. Not pretty.

  I've tried erasing the figure name in the dialog box and re-entering it,
but that doesn't make any difference. Is there a quick way to have the
figure float re-adjusted so the caption has space above it when the figure
(.eps) is made larger?
