[edit+] should the "eppshell.dll" be improved?

Sometimes when I am running some programs, and then
open files with EditPlus through right mouse button,
EditPlus cann't startup, Until that program fininshed
can Editplus be able to startup.

But at that time when I run Eeditplus by double click
the EditPlus.exe, it will startup fluently.

In order to find out the reason, I test other
softwares with system integration, and they have not
the same phenomenon.

And Itested in other windows system, it indeed exist.

So I think it maybe the reason of  "eppshell.dll" .

Is anyone else has the same experience?
