[edit+] Re: user tool problem

Make sure that tool.ini is not read-only and that it it not open in 
EditPlus or any other editor while you're configuring the user 
tools. Otherwise, try renaming your existing tool.ini while EditPlus 
is closed, open EditPlus and try recreating the tool, forcing it to 
create a new tool.ini. Otherwise, I'm out of ideas.
