You need to define how to search for functions. Click
Tools:Preferences:Settings & Syntax. Then under File types click VBScript
(or whatever you use). Then look at the Function Pattern below the window.
If that window is empty that means it is not defined. It is predefined for
C/C++. If you click C/C++ in file types, you will see that function pattern
for C is defined as:

^[a-z_].*\([^;]*$

I didn't know about the Function List either (Ctrl-F11) until I read
the previous post. However, I tested it on a VBScript file and nothing
came up. Is it restricted to only C or something like that?
