[edit+] Function list

Hi,
 
I mainly use C.  I know that I can see the function list by clicking Ctrl+F11.  
It would be really great to have the function list on a window as a tab for 
example (like Directory and Cliptext).  It can refresh itself every time a save 
a file or hit a special button.  Is this possible with the current edition of 
Edit Plus?
