Version 2.12 build 76. And yes, it's the "UnIndent" function.

I went through the programs I commonly have loaded and discovered 
that Trillian (a multi IM client) uses this shortcut. Since I've 
never used it with Trillian I went ahead and removed it. It's 
working perfectly now in Editplus.
