Re: [edit+] Ctrl+Shift+I not working.

It's possible that the Ctrl-Shift-I shortcut is globally registered by 
another application or it is assigned to a desktop shortcut.

For example, IrfanView sets its Desktop Shortcut Key to "Ctrl-Shift-I".
Also, I think The Bat! registers this shortcut system-wide (I'm not 
using it anymore so I can't tell for sure)
