[edit+] Ctrl+Shift+I not working.

Hi all,

Got a quick question for the group.

I have been unable to get Ctrl+Shift+I to work consitently. It 
doesn't work more than it ever does. I haven't been able to track 
down when exactly it doesn't work and it does, it seems to random at 
this point.

Ctrl+I does consistently work though.

Is this a bug, or maybe something wrong with my EditPlus setup?
