hi,
i tried the bxe behavior when entering special chars like "äöü" and it seems
strange. when pressing save, bxe utf8 encodes the chars, but on load again,
the text isnt utf8 decoded. the reason for this seems the encoding definiton
in xml file (or xml snippet which is passed to save.php (wyona method)). here
it should be utf8 instead of iso 8859 1.
