Orinoco migrated to SourceForge Subversion: msg#00033

Subject: Orinoco migrated to SourceForge Subversion
Hello!

I have transferred the version control from Savannah CVS to SourceForge
Subversion.

The new trunk corresponds to the old "for_linus" branch:
https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/orinoco/trunk

The HEAD of CVS is now the "usb" branch:
https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/orinoco/branches/usb

The "standalone" branch is still "standalone"
https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/orinoco/branches/standalone

The main reasons for the move are:

1) Atomic commits in Subversion.
2) As a consequence, Subversion is easier to keep in sync with the kernel.
3) Presence of branches is apparent.
4) It's possible to rename and delete branches including the trunk.
5) Properly functioning "log" command.

The CVS repository is online, but it will be disabled shortly.
