1. Please start from upgrading to at least 1.08.00

2. gammu --getfiles c:/56

Will get cell.jpg

Similiar will be with gammu+ (which BTW doesn't have memory limits and can
handle for examples thousands of files in one directory):

Gplus --getfiles c:/56

3.in win32 you can use my exe test builds
