Misc Tidy: gnome-icon-theme (2.12.1)
* touched up the short/long descriptions. I was gunna version
bump this, but without having the proper reverse depends
installed, i didn't feel comfortable.
!!! There is a new version (2.14.2) of this, but i do not have
!!! _reverse_ depends needed to properly test this, if a dev
!!! sees this and wants to bump it, that would be neeto.
