[Discuss-gnuradio] Bug found in the Not GRC block

Hello

I've found a bug in the logical "Not" block of GRC as built from gr 3.2svn. I 
haven't found the fix in the 
change logs of 3.2.x, so here I report.
If it has been fixed in the meanwhile please ignore this mail.

The problem is 
that the "Not" block comes with 2 inputs and does not accept less than 2 
inputs. If one tries to set 1 input, the check 
complains.
I have worked around by changing the related XML:

$GNURADIO_HOME/share/gnuradio/grc/platforms/python/blocks/gr_not_xx.xml

like this:

<value>1</value>

<       <check>$num_inputs &gt;= 2</check>

>       <check>$num_inputs &gt;= 1</check>
