1) Add two buttons with name Create New Deposit Payment and Create New Withdraw 
Payment .

2) Create a form which extends EditPayment(PaymentScreens.xml) Form and Add two 
more fields finAccountId and finAccountTypeId to  create deposit/withdraw 
payment.

3) Write a service to associate created payment and finAccount , to 
FinAccountTrans entity for both the cases (Deposit/withdraw).
