Re: Good, thin, ORM layer
I've used BeanKeeper (http://netmind.hu/persistence/index.php) and found it
easy to work with.

Hello List,
I love embedded stuff. I love SQLite and I love Derby even more.
However, I was wandering, is there any good, thin, ORM layer which is
entailed for small applications that use Derby?
I found ActiveObjects pretty neat and I like the "conventions rather than
configuration" philosophy. However, I think it's sometimes unstable though
really promising.
What would you suggest? Thanks in advance,

Hi there,
I noticed the 10.5.1.1 release listed on the page: http://db.apache.org/derby/
derby_downloads.html
But didn't see any release announcement. Also, the link on that page doesn't
work (returning an "internal server error").

Hi Matt,
The release has been approved[1], but the official announcement won't be
sent out until the bits are available from the Apache mirrors. This
usually takes just a couple of days.

Hi Knut,
No problem :) A little strange that the web site shows the release,
and there's an "internal server error" when you follow the link. ;)
Thanks,
Matt
