I think jigdo can use multiple download sources. And it's what the
debian-cd team is using currently.

I could take over the maintainership of the ports/hurd pages if there is
no problem with that. I've been doing that lately anyway. :>

Phil and I are in webwml already.
Phil you just have to checkout the webwml module from the webwml repo
from cvs.debian.org.

Another option would be to resurrect the pseudo image kit (pik) of a few
years back. It was more forgiving than jigdo and could be used to save,
say, 50% of a download.

does anybody care for the website?
Hello,
I just want to say that, if anybody call the Debian-Hurd website at:
http://www.debian.org/ports/hurd/hurd-news would get the impression that HURD
is a zombie-process.
Anybody should at least make an entry that the K7 images are now available!
