There is one small patch to zaptel.h and zaptel.c . There should be no
issue with merging it: it just adds several IOCTLs, and thus has no
impact on other Zaptel drivers.
Another issue is the wanpipe driver itself. I'm not sure it belongs in
the package zaptel. But if it does, we can just add it in its own
directory, just like the bristuff zaptel drivers cwain, qozap and
zaphfc.

Kernel headers or userspace headers? Could those headers be found in the
wanpip tarball itself?
