example use of simple-cdd

here's a wiki page that described how i created the freekbox3 installer CD
using simple-cdd:

you might need to adjust the example profiles- some may reference specific
.deb files on the computer i built the images with, but everything else
should be generic.

note that these instructions use debpartial-mirror 0.2.11- i haven't tried
with 0.2.90 since it has been released.
