I can only describe my personal thoughts - as a group we
would of course need to find a consensual policy for handling
list membership. In my view anyone who has credentials of being
involved in auditing work to improve security of software in
Debian or other free software projects and who can make a good
case for why he/she wants to join the list would be welcome, as
it is clear that free software is something important to them.
Whether that applies or not would need to be determined by
existing members or the list.
