Should we go forward with this list? I personally think it
would be a good idea.
Attached is a draft of a possible list description. Fixes of my
denglish and improvements of the content are welcome ;-) I think
we can live with an informal disclosure policy for now and hash
out the details later. What do you think?

found in the course of source code auditing by members of the
Debian Security Audit Project. This list is non-public and has a
closed membership. Discussion of specific bugs will be published
to the debian-audit list once the bug itself has become public
knowledge.
