Bug#218995: /usr/bin/apt-cache: apt-cache depends should display version information

apt-cache depends <package> should display version information in the output.
For example, the list for package xfig includes:

xfig
  Recommends: transfig
  Conflicts: transfig

This is very confusing without version information.
