CVE-2009-0935 and 2.6.30 kernel

Hi,

I was looking at this security issue:

and noticed that linux 2.6.30 is marked as vulnerable, whereas as fix
has been applied to version 2.6.28.3:

  http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.6/ChangeLog-2.6.28.3

(commit 4b9e1bfac4c90ee6c67b8375dc3606ae08a5ffb8)

Could someone please fix this ?
