Re: dom-switch-opt violates policy and is too dangerous (for users) anyhow

Maybe a safer approach would be an environment variable, like
OCAML_FORCE_BYTECODE, that would be used by the ocaml cdbs and
dh_ocaml scripts to treat the architecture as non-native.
