Bug#539447: gimp: GIMP stop my keybord frfom working

I open gimp inside KDE4 desktop. Then in some time my keybord stops working.
I need use the mouse to logout and login into session to back with keyboard
working. And I can't use GIMP because I don't have my keyboard to shortcuts
or text.

Pass to reproduce (one of the cases where happens):
1) Open GIMP (I don't know if this happens only in KDE4);
2) Open some image;
3) Get the continuous selection tool and select something in this image,
continue adding or removing some areas to selection (SHIFT and ALT keys);

4) Some seconds doing this, the keyboard stops working
