Amarok 2 is a rewrite of Amarok 1.4. Old features not available in 2.1 may be 
added to 2.2, 2.3 and so on. Squeeze will not release with 2.1 hence missing 
features is not a very big problem. However, since I do not code for Amarok 
but I only maintain Debian package, report this wishlist request to Amarok 
developers directly via https://bugs.kde.org (there is no point for me to 
proxy your requests). Then you may forward this Debian bug too (or just drop a 
link to this bug).
