Hi,

Interested to know why you would need to call a stored procedure, when you
don't know how to use it...

...anyway, we know of an undocumented stored procedure on SQL 2000 called
sp_procedure_params_rowset . I think there may also be something called
sp_sproc_columns (i found refernce to it on Google). Try them out.
