Moshe, 

Thank you for the problem report.  If you could, please try the nightly
snapshot with TDS 7.0.  We've put a ton of work into character set issues,
but I don't think anyone's told us how well it works with Hebrew.  If it's
not fixed, we'll fix it for you.
