ODBC driver crash when used with libodbc++

Hi,

The FreeTDS ODBC driver crashes when used from the isql++ command line 
tool from libodbc++.

The FreeTDS driver also seems to corrupt some of the data returned 
(compare with the sybase driver below).

To reproduce, build libodbc++ 0.2.3 from 
http://libodbcxx.sourceforge.net/ and run isql++. For example, here is a 
run with the FreeTDS driver that ends in a core dump, followed by a run 
with the sybase driver so that you can see the expected results.
