I had the same problem.  Comment out lines 158, 2923, and 4743 for now.  

The lastest revision of src/odbc/odbc.c is 1.250.  If you tell me the
revision number of the file you patched, I can post one to bring it up to
date.  The attached uses 1.247 (available via anonymous CVS) as a base.
