I modified src/tds/common.c (setting 646 charset instead of
ISO-8859-1... why we set a default charset ?? Perhaps we should remove
this line... also we should detect correct system charset in tds, not
only using tsql...)

Seem correct (I used latest snapshot, still problems with my ISP...)
