The nightly snapshot hasn't run since 15 August.  Last night I found out
why: the reset switch failed.  Disconnecting it allows the machine to boot.
You might think that's a fairly obscure problem that took awhile (and many
expensive but unnecessary replacement parts) to discover.  You'd be right.  

With luck, the build box will be back online this weekend.  

If the patch hasn't already been applied to CVS, I'll take a look at it if
no one else does first.
