Right.  I was running "execute master..sp_help sp_help".  The idea was to
get help on something, and help on help seemed to require the fewest
assumptions.  

I couldn't say "execute sp_help sp_help" because the default database
probably wouldn't have an sp_help to get sp_help about.  If you see what I
mean.  ;-)
