Problem compiling php with freetds for tdsiconv.h

Hi people:
I'm compiling php with latest freetds-0.62, I built a
rpm for freetds with a spec file for redhat, one month
ago I was compiling ok but know is failing, I'm using
httpd-2.0.47 RedHat 9.0 php-4.3.2, this is the
error...

In fact when I search tdsiconv.h it's not in the
instaled headers files....but is in the source...
                            Any Ideas??
