Their site (http://www.websamba.com/dao4j) appears to be offline.
Most likely this is a case of the plugin writer hasn't updated the
plugin to use the current plugin API in SQuirreL.  I know this used to
work at one point, but the author chose to keep the plugin code
outside of our repository so there is little we can do to fix it and
re-distribute the fix.  Perhaps when the site is available again, you
could get in touch with the author.  Another option - if you can track
down the source code for the plugin and it happens to have been
licensed as open source, we could import it and then possibly maintain
it.
