I have got rid of this error message forcing the use of a "." as a decimal separator. I got this through this menu: Global Preferences -> Data Type Controls (it is a tab) Then you scroll down and under "FLOAT, REAL, DOUBLE, NUMERIC, DECIMAL" You chose "Use default format (3.14159)" But the funniest thing is that this workaround was only needed immediately after install. Once you have made a connection without the error message you can return the setting to whichever you prefer. I hope this can help someone. -- Regards, Ailton Andrade de Oliveira ------------------------------------------------------------------------- SF.Net email is sponsored by: The Future of Linux Business White Paper from Novell.
